kortgage, with the excesa. if eny, paid to Borrower. In the event of a partial taking of the Property unless Borrower
and Lender otherwise agree in writing there ahall be applied to the su0s secured by this Mortgage auch proportian of the
proceeds as is equal to that proportion which the aAOUnt of the suss secured by this Mortgege iawediately prior to the
date of teking bears to the fair ~erket value of the Property iw~ediately prior to the dete of taking. with the belance

If the Property is ebendoned by Borrower, or if, after notice by Lender to Borrower thet the conde~nor offers
