LALLY, hereinafter referred to as "Owner", and CATHERINE N. CASSENS, hereinafter referred to as "Cassens", whereby the parties agree as follows: 1. In consideration of the sum of Nine Hundred Fifty ($950) Dollar~ paid by Cassens, which sum is.hereby acknowledged to have been received as part payment of the rents accruing under this lease, and in further consideration of the covenants, agreements and conditions herein contained on the part of the lessee, Cassens, to be kept, done and performed, the Owner does hereby lease to Cassens a two-bedroom, two-bath condominium of Island H~ e,~Buildinq VIII, Phase III, Condominium Unit 201, situated at 2050 Oleander Boulevard, Building 8, #201, to have and to hold the same for a term of two ( 2) }~ears f rom the ~ c3a}• o~ August, 1983 to the ~ day of August, 1985, with CasGens paying to the Owner the total rent of Ten Thousand Two Hundred ($10,200) Dollars, to be paid in monthly installments of FoLr i Hundred _Twenty-Five (5425) Dollars per month, ~;ith the payment i • ! cue on the dayo uf each month. Cassens shall addition- I f ally pay Fifteen ($15) Dollars per month for water, sewer and f ~ trash expenses. The $950 payment referenced herein constitutes ~ the first and last months' re*~t, together ~.•ith a security deposit ~ ~ of One Hundred ($100) Dollars. t ~ 2. Cassens covenants and agrees not to use or permit to be { ~ used the premises leased for any illegal, im.moral or improper ~ ~ purposes; not to make or permit any disturbance, noise or ~ ~ annoyance whatsoever detrimental to the premises or to the ti comfort and peace of any of the inhabitants of said building or a ~ ~ its neighbors; not to use the premises for any other purpose than as a private dwelling; to pay the costs of repairing all damage to the apartment occasioned by her or an~~ of her guests, and to abide by the terms and canditions as recorded in the Declaration of Condominium and ex.hibits attached thereto recorded in the public records of St. Lucie County.
