MEMORANDUM GROUND LEASE
THIS MEMORANDUM LEASE is made and entered into by and ~
between ALLEN F. GREEN, JR., ~r_~ RONNIE T. GREEN, CO-TRUSTE~S OF ~

THE ALLEN F. GREEN, SR., IRREVOCABLE TRUST, referred to as
"Lessor," and ALLEN F. GREEN, SR., referred to as "Lessee.'
ARTICLE 1. DEMISE OF LEASED I,ANDS '
Lessor for and in consideration of the rents, covenants, and ~
conditions set forth in the parent lease agreement not of record
to be kept, performed and obse'rved by Lessee, does lease and _ '

demise to Lessee, and Lessee does rent and accept from Lessor the

real property, referred to as "leased lands" descri.bed in Exhibit ~

"A" attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference. ~
Lessor hereby represents and warrants that I~essor is the
owner in fee simple absolute of the leased land subject to

Lessor covenants and agrees with Lessee on paying the rent
and other charges provided for in the parent lease not of record
