TO
NOTE AND MORTGAGE BETWEEN
THE UNDERSlGNED AND
CITY FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION

City Federal Agrees that it will refinance the ourstanding loan balance, to the
undersigned only, for one additional year term providing that the credit
standing of the undersigned and the value of the real property is acceptable to
it, in its sole discretion, at the time the request for renewal .is made and further
~ provided that loan is not delinquent. it is understood that each renewal of the
~ loan term as provided for herein will provide for an interest rate to be determined
~ by City Federal at its sole option, and such rate may be more or less than the
~ rate charged during the proceding term.
~ In the event of a request to refinance for an additional 1 year term, City
E Federal reserves the right to charge such loan origination fees, and other fees
~ and charges, as are comparable with similar charges made to other applicants at
~ that time.

Other than as modified herein, all other terms, conditions and provisions of the
r note and mortgage shall remain in full force and effect and are hereby ratified
; and confirmed.
