The undersigned secretary of VENTURE OUT AT ST. LUCIE, INC.,
a Condominium, does hereby certify that on February 25, 1983 and
March 8, 1983 scheduled meetings of the members of the Association;
and in accordance with th Dec=laration of Condominium in O.R.

to the Declaration and By-Laws were duly adopted by the required

9 Article VII, Page 7 in the Declaration of Condominium
~ is hereby amended to read as follows:
E METHOD OF AMENDI~TTT ~OF DECI:ARATION A. This Declaration
: may e amen at any regu ar or special meeting of
~ the unit owners of the Condominium called and convened
~ in accordance with the By-Laws, by the affirmative~vote
of not less than two-thirds (2/3) of the Condominium's
s voting members who have cast votes, in person or by
= proxy at a regular or special meeting of the members of
E the Association at which a quorum is represented by
~ being present or by proxy.

~ Article XIV, Page 14 of the Declaration of Condominium
~ is hereby amended~to read as follows:
~ MAINTENANCE AND ALTERATIONS B. There shall be no

~ materia a terations, or substantial additions to the : ~
e common elements or limited common elements except as `
provided imat?ediately hereinabove in Section "A" or
~ except as the same are authorized by the Board of
= Directors and ratified by the aff irmative vote of voting
. members casting not less than sixty-six and two-thirds
(66 2/38) of the vote of the members of the Association
either present, or voting by proxy, at any regular or
special meeting of the unit owners called for that purpose.
