CERTIFICATE OF AMENDMENT
The undersigned secretary of VENTURE OUT AT ST. LUCIE, INC.,
A Condominium, does hereby certify that on February 25, 1983 and
March 8, 1983 scheduled meetings of the members of the Association,
and in accordance with the Declaration of Condominium in O.R.

quorum of the members in attendance, the following amendments
to the Declaration and By-Laws were duly adopted by the required
; number of votes of the Association after having been proposed
` by the Board of Directors:

~ _ Article II, Section 4, Page 23 of the By-Laws is
` hereby amended to read as follows:
~ MEMBERSHIP AND VOTING PROVISIONS A majority of the unit

' question unless the By-Laws or Declaration of Condominium
~ provide otherwise, in which event the voting percentage

affirmative vote of the voting members casting not 1Pss
than two-thirds (2/3) of the total vote of the unit owners
voting in person or by proxy at a regular or special `
