JUDGMENT ON APPEAL
The Appellant, GRECORY BER~IARD CRUTCHFIELII, ap~~a~s
his Judgment and Sentence in the County Court after having been
tried and found guilty by a jury of the crime of Carrying a
Concealed H'eapon. The Appellant claims as error the failure
of the trial court to give certain jury instructions. Having
made no request at the trial level for the jury instruction,
the Appellant cannot on appeal raise t;~is issue for the first
time. Neither was it necessary for the State at trial to -
~ present evidence that the knife carried by Appeliant was not ;

~ a comr.~on pocket knife. The knife was introduced into evidence
~ by Appellant; it was viewed by the jury and the trial court.

~ The trial court properly instructed the jury on the applicable

~ law pertaining to the crime charged and the evidence presented

~ fully warranted the verdict returned. The Court finding no

; reversible error, it is ~

ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Judgr,~~nt and Sentence ~

hereby affirmed. ~
