~ That the Board of County Commissioners of St. Lucie County,
Florida for and in consideration of een Stewart's furnishing ~
Lawyers Surety Bond No. 336695, in the amount of Ten Thousa~d
Dollars (510,000), securing mine reclamation measures on the
property described herein, does hereby remise, release, and
forever discharge that Grant of Security recorded in the public
records of St. Lucie County, Florida, on March 15, 1974, in
Official Records Book 224, Page 2962, encumbering the following
described property:
The Northwest one quarter (NW 1/4)
of the Northeast one quarter (NE 1/4)
of Section 31, Township 34 South, Range
40 East, less and excepting therefrom
all existing rights of way for public
roads and drainage canal purposes.
