DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE °

THIS CAUSE, having come on for hearing on the Wife's Petition ~
for Dissolution of Marriage and the Court being otherwise fully ad-
vised in the premises, it is
1. DISSOLUTION: The marriage between SHIRLEY A. RICHARDSON
; the Wife and STUART D. RICHARDSON, the Husband, be and the same is hereby
dissolved, and the parties and each of them are hereby forever freed
from the bonds of matrimony heretofore existing between them and from

the obligations arising therefrom.

' 2. CUSTODY: Custody of the two (2) minor children, to-wit:
; TYLER I~i. RICHARDSON and ALISON M. RICHARDSON, are awarded to the Wife

SHIRLEY A. RICHARDSON, subject to reasonable visitation rights of

~ the Husband, STUART D. RICHARDSON. Other terms of child support~are

` set forth in the Property Settlement Agreement filed in this cause.

~ 3. PROPERTY SETTLEMENT AGREEMENT: The Property Settlement ~

~ Agreement filed and received into evidence in this cause is hereby ~

~ incorporated in this Final Judgment and made a part hereof by reference.

r 4. RESTRAINING ORDER: Each of the parties are hereby enjoined

° and restrained from interfering with, harassing or annoying the other.
Sheriff of St. Lucie County and his duly authorized deputies are hereby

= ordered to enforce the terms of this restaining order.
5. JURISDICTION: Jurisdiction of this cause and the parties
hereto are retained for the entry of such further orders as my be proper.
