mind and memory, do make, publish and declare this to
be my Last Will and Testament, hereby revoking.all
former Wills by me at any time made, and intending
hereby to devise and bequeath all of the property, both
real and personal~ of which I may die seized and possessed,
or to which I may be entitled at the time of my death,
wnerever the same may be situated, as follows, to-wit:
FIRST: I direct my personal representative
hereinafter named, to pay all of my just debts and funeral
expenses, as soon after my decease as is practicable.
SECOND: I give, devise and bequeath such of ~
my tangible personal property to those persons designated
in a separate writing in existence at the time of my death,
which list is signed by me and which describes the items
and the devisees with reasonable certainty.
THIRD: I give, devise and bequeath all the
rest, residue and remainder of my estate, whether real,

; personal or mixed~ unto my husband, BEN LEE ADKINS, to _
hzve and to hold unto himself absolutely and forever.
FOURTH: In the event my husband, BEN LEE ADKINS,
' fails to survive me, I give, devise and bequeath his share - '
of my estate to my children, JEANNINE MAJDE and DOROTHY
JOHNSON, in equal shares, to have and to hold unto
themselves absolutely and forever. In the event either of
my children predeceases me, but have children surviving me,
. then I direct that the share of my deceased child shall go
