FIFTH: I hereby constitute and appoint my
husband, BEN LEE ADKINS, personal representative of
this my Last Will and Testament, and I expressly confer
upon him power as such personal representative to administer
my estate, excusing him from giving anybond, or making any
retuYns to any court. I hereby expressly confer upon him
fuli. authority and power to manage, invest and re-invest, to
sell and convey any part or all of my esCate, at public or
private sale, with or without notice, as he may deem best,
and witnout any order of court. I authorize him to make
. good and sufficient conveyances to any purchaser and to _
hold the proceeds of any sale for such use as he may deem
best for the interest of my estate. I further hereby
expressly confer upon hiYri authority and power to borrow
money for the use of my said esCate in any instance where

If my husband, BEN LEE ADKINS, fails to survive
