GRANTEE agrees to and hereby does indemnify and hold
harmless the GRANTORS, their successors, heixs and assigns and
their property from and against any loss, damage or liability
occusioned by or resulting from any default hereunder, or any
tortious or negligent act on the part of the GRANTEE, its
agents, employees, servants, visitors, or persons permitted on '

the easement property by the GRANTEE. :

As a condition of this Easement, GRANTEE agrees to
keep the gate closed and secured which serves as an access ;
from the easement to South U. S. Highway l, at the end of each
business day.
