THIS CAUSE having come before the Court on the Motion for Release from
Incarceratlon of the DEPARTMENT OF HEALTti AND REHABILITATIV~ SERVICES for the
above-named Respondent and the Court having considered the papers filed herein
and being fully advised in the premises, it is
ORDERED AND AD3UDGED that the Motion for Release from Incarceration be
and it is hereby granted; it is further
ORDERED AND ADJIIDGED that the Sheriff's Department of St. Lucie
County, Florida, shall and it is hereby ordered to immediately release the
above-named Respondent from incarceration until. further order of this Court.
ORDERID AND ADJUDGED that the terms of the Affidavit of the Respondent
are hereby ratified by this Court and~the Respondent will be subject to being
arrested again if he fails to abide by said Affidavit.
