OM'NERS, TAXPAYERS AND CITIZENS OF THE CITY OF PORT ST. LUCIE, FLORIDA,
INCLUDING NON-RESIDENTS OWNING PROPERTY 4R SUBJECT TO TAXATION
THEREIN, AND ALL OTHERS HAVING OR CLAIMING ANY RIGHT, TITLE OR
INTEREST IN PROPERTY TO BE AFFECTED BY THE LSSUANCE BY THE CITY OF
PORT ST. LUCIE, FLORIDA OF BONDS HEREINAFTER MORE PARTICULARLY
DESCRIBED, OR TO BE AFFECTED IN ANY WAY THEREBY:
