THIS AGREEMENT, made and enCered into this~ day of
September, 1983, by a~d between SOUTHEAST BANK, N.A. (PGA Bank-
ing Center), hereinafter called "Bank" and RICHARD J. MEEHAN
and CAROLE P. MEEHAN, his wife, hereinafter called, "Mortgagor",
W I T N E S S E T H:
1. That Bank and Mortgagors are parties to that certain
Note and Mortgage in the original amount of $25.000.00 dated
March 3, 1980 and~recorded March 12, 1980 in Official Record
Book 327, Page 598, Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida,
and that SOUTHEAST BANK, N.A. is the successor by merger to
First National Bank of Palm Beach Gardens, N.A. named as morC-
gagee in said mortgage, encumbering the following described land:
Lot 6, Block 418, PORT ST. LUCIE, SECTION THREE,
according to the Plat thereof as recorded in Plat
Book 12, pages 13 and 13-A through 13-I, Public
Records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
2. That the Bank and Mortgagors.have agreed to make a
Future Advance Loan pursuant to Paragraph 21 of the said mort-

j gage; said advance to be in the amount of $10,000.00.

i W ~ amount of $10,000.00, representing the said future advance, upon

` d~ ~ which Note documentary stamps in the amount of $15.00 have been

~ paid and intangible taxes in the amount of $20.00 are to be paid
upon filing of this Agreement. Mortgagors have executed a Renewal

' Note renewing and combining the aforementioned previous balance of
$12,000.00 and renewing the said future advance in the amount of
$10,000.00 for a total renewal note of $22,000.00 upon which docu-
mentar~ .stamps and intan~~ble taxes have already been naid; that
copies of said Future Advance Note and Renewal Note are attached
, hereto and made a part hereof.
