interest with a fourth (4th) and final balloon payment of
$19.000.00 principal plus accured interest on September ~,1984,
said Note bearing interest at One Percent (1~) above Southeast
Prime.
6. That the Mortgagors have this date paid all accrued
interest on the aforesaid indebtedness in the amount of $266.16 .
7. That the Note and Mortgage dated March 3, 1980 are here-
by modified and extended according to the terms hereof. All
other terms and conditions of the said original Note and Mortgage
not inconsistent herewith remain infull force and effect.
This Aereement is not a novation.
