MORTGAGB MODIFICATON AND RXTBNSION AGRSSMBNT
THIS AGREEMENT, Made this 22nd day of September, 1983, by
and between JOHN H. DULSKI and LORRAINE DULSKI~ husband and wife,
hereinafter called "MOFTGAGOR" and FIRST UNION SAVINGS AND LOAN
ASSOCIATION, hereinafter called "MORTGAGEE".
RECITALS:
A. MORTGAGEF is the owner and holder of that certain mort-
gage (MORTGAGE) dated June 21, 1983, made by the MORTGRGOR to
MORTGAGEE recorded July 7, 1983, in Official Records Book 405,
Page 1096, Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida; securing
z~ a debt evidenced by a promissory note (NOTE) dated June 21, 1983,

o~ in the original amount of SIXTY THO SAND AND NO/100ths DOLLARS
Z° o~ ($60,000.00), which MORTGAGE encumbers property more particularly

W~ o` described in said MORTGAGE.

B. MORTGAGOR, the owner in fee simple of all of the pro-
perty subject to MORTGAGE, has requested MORTGAGEE to modify NOTE
and MOFTGAGE and the parties have mutually agreed to modify the
terms thereof in the manner hereinafter appearing.
~I NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual covenants
I hereinafter set forth and in consideration of the sum of TEN
I DOLLARS ($10.00), each to the other in hand paid, and other valu-
~ able consideration, the receipt and sufficiency of which is here-
! by acknowledged, the parties hereto mutually covenant and agree

i 1. The unpaid principal balance of NOTE is SIXTY THOUSAND

F AND NO/100ths DOLLARS ($60,000.00) and that interest has been

E paid to September 21, 1983.
~ 2._ The terms and provisions of the NOTE are deleted in

~ their entirety, and substituted therefore are the terms and pro-
visions of Exhibit "A", attached hereto and incorporated herein
by reference, entitled "Graduated Payment Adjustable Rate Mort-
gage Note."
