O R D E R
THIS CAUSE, having come on to be heard~on October 7, 1983,
upon the Petitioner's, CLARA E. MARTIN, Motion for Restraining
~ Order and Temporary Relief, the wife having been present and
represented by counsel, LORENZO WILLIAMS, and the Husband,
IZELL MARTIN, who was present without counsel, and the Court
having heard Petitioner and Respondent enter into an oral
; stipulation between the Parties. The Parties stipulated to .the
;
! Court's entering a mutual restraining order and further, the
I
s Respondent. IZELL MARTIN, would voluntarily vacate the marital
: -
~ dwelling, located at 3503.Avenue N, Fort Pierce, Florida, within
~
~ ten (10) days from the date of this hearing, and the Court
~ having been otherwise fully advised in the premises, it is
~ ORDERED AND ADJUDGED: -

l. That both Respondent and Petitioner herein are re-
~ strained from interfering, harassing and/or annoying each
~ ather in any manner. Further, if either Party violates any of the
terms of t2:is Order, the St. Lucie County Sheriff's Department
~
~ is hereby authorized to take the violating Party into custody

and hold said Party until further Order of this Court.
