ORDER
THIS CAUSE having come before the Court on the Wife's
Motion for Res training Order enjoining the Husband from selling certain
assets and the Court having taken testimony of the~ parties and being
fully and well advised in the premises, it is
_ ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Wife's motion to enjoin the
sale of the marital residence which is titled in the name of the Husband
and which he brought to the marriage and the furnisfiings therein shall
be and it is hereby denied. It is further
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that in the event the Husband should
sell the boat which is titled in his name and was acquired during the
term of the marriage, he shall and he is hereby ordered to deposit the
proceeds of that sale in the Trust Account of Osborne Walker 0'Quinn
~i until further order of this Court. "
