ORDER OF CONTEMPT
THTS CAUSE having come before this Court on October 7,
1983 on the Motion for Order of Contempt and Notice of Hearing
filed by tfie Wife and the Husband and Wife having been
present and represented by their reapective attarneys and
this Court finding that the Husliand had the opportunity to
previously pay the items which were not paid t'or by the
Husband as set forth in the Motion for Order of Contempt, the
Court further finding upon the Husband's testimony that he
is presently employed, has in the past been employed and will
~ continue to be gainfully employed until the date which is
set for trial in this cause, and the Court having found that
the I~usband is in willful contempt of this Court by failing to
! follow the Temporary Order entered in this cause by the
~
~ ndersigned Acting Circuit Judge on September 2, 1983. As
; -
6 of October 6, 1983 the Husband owes the foll~wing amounts

~ ~
~ nder tfie terms of the Temporary Order entered in this cause
~
~ on September 2, 1983:
A. $140.00 to be paid directly to the Wife (representing
$50.00 for food, $60.00 for maintenance and gasoline for the -
automobile, $10.00 for laundry and dry cleaning and $20.00
~
~ ~ for salt).
~ B. $50.00 for child support due September 30, 1983 to

~be paid through the Clerk of this Court.
~
~ C. $255.50 to be paid as fees and costs for the Wife's
:
~
~ attorney, John Edgar Sherrard, Esquire.

~ This Court further determines the sum of $100.00 to be
~ a reasonable fee for the services of the Wife's attorney for
