the Motion for Order of Conten~pt and the Aearing, and it is
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED, that the HusBand is in direct
contempt of this Court for i'ailure to comply with the ternas
of the Temporary Order entered in this cause by Acting Circui
Judge William G. Tye on September 2, 1483 and that the
HusBand is hereby sentenced to ten (10~ daya in the county
~ail in and for St. Lucie County, Florida, but the Rusband
shall be permitted to purge himself by paying on or before
4:30 p.m. October 17,1983 the following amounts in the manner
set forth hereinafter:
1. $140.00 cash or caahier's check made payable to
the Wife and delivered to tfie offices o~ John Edgar Sherrard,

P.A.;
2. $50.00 for the September ~Q,~1983 child support to
Ibe paid to the Clerk of this Court; and
3. $355.50 to be paid in casfl or cashier's cfieck payable
to John Edgar Sherrard, P.A. and delivered to 203 South Indian
River Drive,Fort Pierce, Florida, 33450.
It is further ordered that should tfie Husband Pail to
; ake any of the above payments as ordered, that upon Affidavit
; ~iled by the attorney for the Wife in this cause, showing the

` Husband's failure to make said payments, the Sheriff of St.
~ Lucie County or fiis deputies are hereby ordered to apprehend

~ the Husband and to incarcerate him for a period of ten (1Q~
days in the County ~ail in and for St. L~acie County, Florida, .

ayments due at that date according to the Affidavit filed
