ORDER
This cause was heard before the Court on October 7, 1983,
upon the petition of the Wife, CYNTHIA MAE CHEATHAM, for
temporary relief, and upon consideration thereof, and upon .
the evidence presented, it is
ORDERED as follows:
1. The Husband, TERRY LYNN CHEATHAM, SR., and the Wife,
~ CYNTHIA MAE CHEATHAM, shall have joint custody and responsibility
of the two minor children of the parties, TERRY LYNN CHEATHAM, JR.,
~
~ and JOSHUA ADAM CHEATHAM.
j 2. The Husband shall have the children with him from 5:30 p.m.,

each week day until he~delivers them to the children's babysitter
~
the next morning. -

~ each weekday, when she shall pick them up from their babysitter,
until 5:30 p.m., when she shall deliver them to the Husband's
~ residence.

4. The Husband shall pay the charges of the children's
babysitter and he shall feed them and cloth~ them while they are
~ with him.

5. Each party shall have the children with them on alternate

~ weekends following entry of this order. A weekend shall be defined

~ as from 6:00 p.m., Friday, until 6:00 p.m., Sunday. The Husband
