Pierce, Florida, so that he may provide shelter for the childre~
and himself.
7. The Husband shall allow the Wife to retrieve her personal
belongings and effects from the apatrtment. -
8. The Husband shall pay the Wife the amount of FORTY DOLLARS
($40.00) per week, as support for the Wife, commencing the first
Monday following the date of this order.
a. Each payment~shall be made to the Clerk of this
Court and by him remitted promptly to the Wife. In addition there
is hereby assessed the sum of $2.00 as statutory cost to be added
to each payment made to the Clerk.
b. All payments shall be made in cash, by money
order or cashiers check macie payabie to cne i.ierk of the Circu~ ~ ~
Court, at Room 104 of the St. Lucie County Courthouse. Money
orders or cashiers checks may be mailed to Clerk of the Circuit
Court, Child Support Seetion, P. O. Box 700, Fort Pierce, Florida
