MOTION FOR PRODUCTION
OF HOSPITAL RECORDS
THIS CAUSE coming on to be heard before me upon the
Defendants', MARTIN W. JUSTER and PUBLIC SERVICE MUTUAL INSURANCE
COMPANY, Motion for Production of Hospital Records requiring all
health care providers to produce medical and hospital records
pursuant to Section 395.017 of the Florida Statut~s, effective
October 1, 1982, and the Court being fully advised in the
premises, it is hereby
ORDERED AND A.DJUDGED as follows:
1. That each and every health care provider who receives a
valid subpoena for records regarding the Plaint:~.ff(s), MARGARET
I. POHOREN~E, is~hereby directed to comply with that subpoena in
accordance with Florida Statute 395.017.
2. That this order is considered to be a blanket order to
be attached to each and every valid subpoena issued for the
production of records.
DONE AND ORDERED at chambers in Fort Pierce, St. Lucie
