SUBORDINATION AGREEMENT
T HIS AGREEMENT made and entered into this 12th day of
October , 1983, by and between HOLIDAY PINES, a Florida
General Partnership, hereinafter referred to as Mortgagee, and
R. R. Holmes Construction Co., Inc., a Florida corporation, herein-
after referred to as Mortgagor, for and in consideration of the sum
of- Ten Dollars in hand paid by Mortgagor to Mortgagee, said parties
do hereby agree as follows, to wit:
1. That certain Mortgage by and between Mortgagee and Mortgagor

August, 1983, in Official Record Book 410, Page 513, Public Records
of St. Lucie County, F'lorida, is hereby subordinated to that certain
Mortgage by and between Mortgagor and COMMERCIAL BANK OF VERO BEACH
dated the Z2nd day of September, 1983, and recorded in Offical Record
Book 412 , Page 1645 , Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida,
which Mortgage shall be deemed superior thereto. By executing and
delivering this subordination-agreement, mortgagee does not agree to
subordinate its interest to any other lien or encumbrance whatsoever
except as described herein.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the said Mortgagee has caused these presents '
