the Wife for the Husband's failure to pay all payments called for under the i

Final Judgment of Dissolution of Marriage and the Husb~nd having annoiu~ced ,

to the Cairt that he was paying the Wife instanter the sum of $396.00, and
the parties havi~ stipulated that the past-due amount under the Final '
Judgment due the Wife fran the Husband was $3,100.00, and the parties having
stipulated that the Court enter an Order on the Husband's conte~t far ;
failure to pay the above su~i, arid the Caurt 't~einq fully familiar with the ~
~ case, havirg had numerous previous hearings i.n this matter, and the attorney ;

i for the Wife having stipul,ated that the $200.00 attorney's fees due him ~

g shall be r,aia at the rate of $50.00 per imnth commencing on November 16, ~

~ 1983 and oontinuing to be due on the 16th of each m~nth thereafter until

~ such sum is paid in full, and the Court beirg otherwise fully advised in the

~ ORDFRID AI~ ADJCiDGID as follows :
" 1. That the Husband is in arrears to the Wife under the terms of the '
~ Final Judgment of Dissolution of Marriage in the amaint of $3,100.00. '

~ 2. That the Husband is in willful o~ntenpt of vourt for failure to pay '

Upon the failure of the Husbarr3 to make said payments, the Wife ~y
