THIS CAUSE was heard upon the verified Petition for
Adoption filed in this cause, and upon the Consent of the
natural father of the child, and the Court having found that
the natural father effectively abandoned the child, and it
appears on the evidence presented, that the Petitioner is a
fit and proper person to adopt the child sought to be adopted .
~ and that the best interest of the child will be promoted by
the adoption and that she is suitable for adoption by the
Petitioner, PASQUALE BRANCACCIO, and being otherwise fully
; advised in the premises, it is

ADJUDGED that the child known as STACEY LEIGH.SHARKEY,

~ is declared to be the legal child of the Petitioner, PASQUALE
! BRANCACCIO, and is given the name STACEY LEIGH BRANCACCIO,

; by which name she shall hereafter be known, and it is

7 ADJUDGED that the chilc3 shall be the child and legal

heir of the Petitioner, PASQUALE BRANCACCIO, entitled to all

4 rights and privileges, and subject to all obligations of a
