Upon accelention under paragraph 18 hercof or abandonment of tl~e Property. I~nder shall be eadded to have a
rcceiver appointod by a ~-ourt to enter upon. take possession of and manage the Pmperty aad to oollect the rents of the
Property, including those past due. All rents collceted bv the roceiver shall be applied 6rst to payment of the coats of
management of the Property and collection of rents, including, but not limited to. receiver's fees. premiurtu on receiver's
bonds and reasonable attorney's foes, and then to the sums socured by this Mortg~ge. 'R~e receiver shall be (iable to account
only for those rents actually received.
21• F~re Advaecea. Upon request by Borrower, [.ender, at Lender s option within twenty years from the date of this
Mortgage, may make Future Advances to Borrower. Such Future Advances. with interest theroon. shall be socured by this
Mortgage when evidenced by promissory notes stating that said notes are socured hereby. At no time shall tbe principal
amount of the indebtedness secured by this Mongage, not including sums advanced in aocordanoe herewith to protect the

22. Releare. Upan payment of all sums secured by this Mortgsge. Lender shall release this Mortgage without charge

which may be awar~kd by an appellate couct.
