6. BORROw'ER'S RIGHT TO I.I:~11T A110UNT OF AfUNTHLY PAYMEN7'S 61-120 ~
(A) Calculation ot Craduated ~tonthly Payment Amount
If my new rate of interest at the first Interrst Change Date is greater than the lnitia) Rate of Interest. l tnay choose to
limit the amount of my new monthly pa~ m~nt. If 1 do so, on each of the Sth through 9th anniversaries of the date my fitst ~
manthly payment is due, 1 will begin ra}~ing a nc~~• monthl}• paymenl which will be equal to the amount 1 have been paying
multiplied by the number 1.075. Even if 1 havr chasen to limit my monthly payment, Sectiotts 6(B) or 6(C) below msy '
require me to pay a difierent amaunt. 1 will g~ve the Note Holder notire that I have chosen to limit my monthly payments

'(B) Reduced Monthly f'u~~ment Amount

(C7 Increased Monthly Pa~ment ~mount
My pa~•ing a monthly pa~ment calculaled under Srction 6(A) above could cause my unpaid prineipal balanee to
exceed the limit stated in Section 8(B) t?el~~~?. !f so, on the date that my paying a monthly payment would cause me to ,

7. MONTNLY PAYMENT 121 AND RE~IAINING PAYMENTS
Beginning with my i21st monthly ~a}•ment, I w~ill pa}~ the Full Payment Amount as my monthly payment.
8. INCREASES IN THE PRINCIPAL AriOUNT TO BE PAID
(A) Additions to A1y Unpaid Principal Balance
Each of my first 120 monthly payments could be less than the amoum of the interest portion of a monthly paymrnt
which then would be sufficient to repa}• my unpaid principal balance in full on the maturity date at my current rate of
interest in substantially equal payments. If so. each month that the amount of my monthly payment is less than the interat
portion, the Note Holder will subtract the amount of my monthly payment from the amount of the interest portion and
will add the difference to my unpaid principal balance. The i~iote Holder will also add irsterest on the amount of this
diH'erence to my unpaid principal balancc each month. The rate otinterest on the interest added to principal will be the rate
required by Sections 2 or 4(A) above.
