9. If Mortgagor fails to pay any claim. lien orencumbram.~e which is superiot to this Matgage, or when due.
any tau or assessment or insurance pc+emeum, or to koep the Mortgagod P~operty in rcpair, a shall oommit or pernut
waste, or if thene be commenced any action or pmceeding affetting the Mortgaged Property or tbe titk thereto, ~ the
