Each installment ftrst shall be appiied in payment of the interest and then-
on the unpaid-balance of the principal sum. If default is made in the pay-'
ment of any installment when due, and such default cont~nues days, '
then at the option of the holder, and without any other notice-;-aTl the
remaining instal]ments shall be due and payable.at once. Privilege is
given to prepay this Note in wFiole or in part at any time without penalty.
Neither forebearance, nor acceptance by the holder thereof after any de-
fau~lt in payments-hereon shall be deemed an extension. A late payment
charge of ~ 23.74 shail be added to each installment remaining unpa~d
days after ts ue date, and a like sum shall be added to each such in-
stallment remaining unpaid 7 days after each succeeding payment date.
Each maker, surety and endorser h~reof, 3ointly and severally, waives .
demand, presentment~, protest and Notice of protest for nonpayment, and-
further agrees to any extension of time of paymeot, either before or
after maturity, without notfce to any of us; and to pay a-il costs of
collection, iRCluding a reasonable attorney's fee for any and all pro-
ceedings, appellate or otherwise, in the event of any default hereunder•,
and hereby severally_waives all benefit of homestead and exemption under
' the constitution and laws of each State of the United States, as against
