Petitioner, as personal representative of the above es I~idte,'j ~
alleqe~ : ~
1. The decedent, HARRY J. WOODRUFF, a resident of Tazewell
County, Illinois, died on December 24, 1981 and Letters~of
Aciministration were issued to Petitioner on August 31, 1982. ~
2. Petitioner files herewith either a final accounting~
containing a caaplete report of sIl receipts and disbursements ~
since the co~nmencement of administration of this estate, or
since the date of the last accounting"filed herein, if any, or
waivers signed by all interested persons, other than Petitioner, _
waiving the filing of a final accountinq.
3. Petitioner has fully administered this estate by makinq
payment, settlement, or other disposition of all claims and_
c~ebts that were pr~sented, and by paying or making provision for
the payment of all taxes and expenses of administration.
4. The amount of compensati~n either paid or to be paid
to the personal representatives, attorneys, accountants,

~ appraisers or other agents employed by. the personal representative
~ is set forth in Exhibit A attached hereto.
5. Petitioner has filed all required estate tax returns .
with the Internal Revenue Service and with ths Department of
Revenue of the State of .Florida~ and has obtained ~and filed with
this court evidence of the sa~isfaction of~this estate's
obliqations for both federal and Florida estate taxes, if any.
~ 6. Petitioner has made or proposes to make distribution
~ ' of the assets of this estate as set forth in the schedule of

~ distribution attached hereto as Exhibit B. -
