company under the Laws of the State of Florida and otherwise
qualified under the I.aws of Florida to act as quardian of the
property of the minor incompetent, and is entitled to preference
because Petitioner requests sueh appointment.
9. Reasonable search has been made, and any of the
infor~tian rec~ire~ by Florida Law and by the applicable Florida
Rules of Probate and Guardianship Procedures that is not set~forth
in full above cannot be ascertained without delay that would
adversely affect the minor incompetent or the minor incompetent's
