Beginning at a point on the East line of Lot 1 of
Amended Plat of Block 2 of Resubdivision of Re-
ceiver's Subdivision of Block "L" of Aaron Lee's
Map of Fort Pierce, Florida, 50 feet Southerly from
the Northeast corner of said Lot 1, run thence
Southerly on the East line of said Lot 1 to the
Southeast corner of said Lot 1; thence Westerly to ~
a point on the West line of Lot 2 to a point 79.2 '
feet Southerly from the Northwest corner of Lot 2; ~
thence Northerly on the West line of said Lot 2,
39.6 feet; thence Easterly to the point of begin-
~ning, being parts of Lot 1 and 2 of said Amended .

as per Plat Book 7, Page 22, public records of St.
Lucie County, Florida, run Westerly to a point on
the West line of Lot 2, said point being 79.2 feet
southerly from the Northwest corner of Lot 2;
thence Southerly on the West line of Lot 2 to the
Southwest corner of Lot 2; thence Easterly on the
North line of Lot 3, to the point of beginning, t
being part of Lots 1 and 2 of said amended plat as f
recorded in Plat Book 7, Page 22, public records of ~
St. Lucie County, Florida, excepting therefrom an '
easement five feet in width extending upon and
along the North side of said property as per the
terms of agreement between B. E. Alderman, Jr. and
Frances Alderman, his wife, and R. B. Sauls and
Thekla Sauls, his wife, which agreement was filed

County, Florida, on the 19th day of February, 1952,
