_ 7. Borrower's Liabilities. Lender, by ita acceptance
hezeof, does not ecome a m er or partner of, or with, the ~
borrowinq entity, and in no event shall Lender be liable for any
of the debts, obliqations, or liabilities of the Borrower, or the `
officera or directors thereof, nor is Lender liable for any
contributions to 8orrawer. Lender's only interest in Borrower
shall be Lender's right to receive the amounts described herein.
8. Reasonable Care. Borrower covenants and agrees (a) not ~
to impair or n s n any manner the rights of Lender created '
by this Agreement= and (b) that at any time, and from time to
time, at the reasonable request of Lender, Borrower will promptly
execute and deliver to Lender any and all additional instruments
and do all other acts and thinqs, as ~ay be necessary or proper,
at Lend~r's option, to more fully evidence and perfect the riqhts
herein created, or intended to be created, and to protect the
rights of Lender hereunder. ;
9. Further Assurances. The Borrower aqrees from time to
time to execute an de ver to Lender, UCC-1 Financing Statements :
or other instruments reasonable requested by Lender to evidence
or perfect the rights granted to Lender hereby.
10. Successors and Assi ns. The terms and provisions
hereof shall be bin ing upon Borrower and its successors and ~
assigns and shall inure to the benefit of Lender and Lender's
successors and assigns, and the rights qranted herein shall be a
covenant running with land and be binding upon all owners of the
Property. The terms and provision hereof are cumulative of and
- in addition to the terms set out in the Loan Documents.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned have executed this
