Mortgage and shall be applied to principal, interest, costs,
expenses or attorney's fees, as Assiqnee, at its option, may
elect.
15. If any clause or provision herein contained shall ~
operate either presently or prospectively to invalidate this
Assignment, in whole or in part, then such clause or provision
only shall (except for purposes of internal reference) be held
void as though not herein contained and the remainder of this
instrument shall remain operative and in full force and effect.
16. All communications required under this Assignment shall
be in writing, and shall be sent by registered or certified mail,
postage prepaid, addressed to Assignor at the address set forth
in the heading of this Assignment, and addressed to Assignee at
the address set forth in the heading of this Assignment, or to
such other address as either party may designate from time to
time by notice to the other in the manner set forth herein.
17. This Assignment shall be governed by and construed
according to the laws of the State of Florida.
18. This Assignment applies to and binds the parties hereto
and their respective successors and assigns, as well as any
subsequent owner of the Premises described herein and any
assignee of the Mortgage referred to herein.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, Assignor has duly executed and sealed
this instrument the day and year first above written.
