LOUISE M. GILBERT who being first duly sworn, deposes and says:
1. That Clarian R. Gilbert is the same person as
Clarian R. Gilbert, Jr. who died May 18, 1979 as appears on
the Death Certificate filed in O.R. Book 309,Page 2205~
Public Records, St. Lucie County, Florida.
2. That Clarion R. Gilbert and Clarian R. Gilbert, Jr.
are_one and the same person as far as is reflected on the Non-
taxable Certificate filed in O.R. Book 330, Page 313, Public
Records, St. Lucie County, Florida. ~
FURTHER AFFIANT SAITH NOT.
