The petition of Norma Jean Tatone alleges as follows: ~
1. Petitioner is the domiciliary executrix of the Estate of
Dorothy Tatone in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, County of
Essex. . ~
2. That Dorothy Tatone late of Essex County~ Commonwealth of
Massachusetts, died on October 28, 1981 leaving a Last Will and
Testament dated March 6, T982, which was duly admitted to probate
by being approved and allowed as the Last Will and Testament of -
said decedent in the probate court of Essex County, Commonwealth of
Massachusetts, a court of probate jurisdiction, on April 28, 1982,
, 3. That the decedent died leaving property in this state,
the value of which does not exceed $25,000.00. The assets of.said
` decedent are comprised only of real estate in Marion and St. Lucie
i
` Counties; such real property is fully described as follor+•s:
