5, That the Marion County property described above is shown
in the Federal Estate Tax Return to be assessed at s900.00 and is
returned in the amount of ~1,800.00 and is assessed on the 1982
Marion County tax records at s1,455,00 total.
6. That the will submitted complies with the laws of Florida •
as to form and manner of execution and devises real property as
described herein.
7. That duly authenticated copies of the will and petition, to
have the will proved and allowed, and a decree approving and allowing
it as the Last 1~'ill and Testament of the decedent are filed with this
petition, along ~:ith a certificate of appointment of Norma Jean Tatone
as executrix of the Estate of Dorothy Tatone in said County of Essex
and Commonwealth of Diassachu~setts and an Affidavit of Norma Jean Tatone
pertaining to the devisees and heirs of Dorothy Tatone, deceased. The
sole devisee under said will is Norma Jean Tatone.
Petitioner requests that an Order Admitting the Probated FoXeign
1Vi11 to Probate in this court be entered and~that other relevant
orders be entered as may appear proper in this proceeding under
Florida Statute 734.1025.
