1 I, DOROTNY TATONE, of Methuen, in the County of l:ssex and
C~:iunonweaith of Massaehusetts, being of sound and dis~osing ~

make this my Last Will and Testament, hereby revokinq any and
all other Wills and~Codicils by me at any time hei-etofore made.
After the payment of my funeral charyes and expcr~ses of

~nd estate, of every S:inJ an.l d~scri~_ti_on, re~J., pc~rson~l anri
mixed, t~~heresoever ~Iocated, of c,~hich I shall <~ie sei2~d an~3
possessed, or to which I may !~e in any way entitled at the time
of my deatl~, and over which l have the p~w~r r~f ap~~ii~tn?ent,
to my daughter, NORMA JFAN TATONE, of Methuen, Massachusetts.
I purposely omit from this my Last Will and Testament my
son, RALPH TATONE. ~
I nominate my said daughter, NORl~A JEAN TATONF, to be the
t:xecutrix of this my Last Will and Testament, and I request
that-she be exempt from furnishing any surety or sureties on
tier offi~ial bond as such J:xecutrix.
