This cause was heard before this court on the matter of the
probate of the will of Dorothy Tatone late of the City of Methuen,
County of Essex and Commonwealth of Massachusetts in a proceeding
under Florida Statute 734.1025 and it appearing to the court that
authenticated copies of the probated will, the order admitting it
to record, and the equivalent of letters of administration have
been filed herein, together with an affidavit showing the names of
the devisees and the heirs of the decedent and it further appearing
to the satisfaction of the court that the will has been duly admitted
to probate in the probate court of the County of Essex and Common-
; wealth of Diassachusetts, a court of probate jurisdiction, that the

~ in this county, that it has a value ?.hich does not exceed ~25,000.00
