PETITION FOR ORDER ADJUDGING TNAT NO CLAIMS
HAVE BEEN FILED AGAINST ESTATE
The petition of Norma Jean Tatone, by her undersigned attorney,
A. E. Carpenter, Jr., alleges as follows:
. 1. That heretofore petitioner, proceeding under F.S. 734.1025
has obtained an order of this court admitting the probated foreign
.will of Dorothy Tatone to probate. ~ ~
2. That after the court entered the above referred to order
petitioner caused a notice to be published according to the require-
ments of Section 733.701 notifying all persons having claim$ nr
demands against the estate to file them.
3. That the above notice was published once a week for two
consecutive weeks commencing July 12, 1983 in the Ocala Star Banner
~ and the Proof of Publication has been filed herein and that the time
~ for filing claims has expired and no claims ha~?e been filed against

~ the estate.
~ 4. Petitioner requests that an order be entered under the
terms of F.S. ?34,1025 (4) adjudging that notice to creditors has
been duly publi~hed, proof thcrcof filed and that no claims have
been filed against the estate a~ithin the period allo~ed by Florida
Statutes~for the filing of claims of creditors.
