ORDER ADJUDGING THAT NO CLAIMS HAVE
BEEN FILED AGAINST THE ESTATE
This cause came before this court on the matter of a proceeding
under F.S. 734.1OZ5 for an order adjudging that notice to creditors
has been duly published, proof thereof filed and that no claims
have been filed against the estate and it appearing to the court
that the domiciliary personal representative caused a notice to
be published according to the requirements of Section 733.701 notify-
ing all.persons having claims or demands against the estate to file
them as required by Section (2) of Florida Statute 734.1025; that the ~
notice entitled Notice of Administration ~.as duly published in the
Ocala Star Banner once a week for two consecutive weeks commencing
July 12, 1983; that the proof of publication has been filed herein
i and that no claims have been filed against the estate, it is there-

~ Florida Statute 733.701 has been duly published in~the Ocala Star

Banner, a daily paper published in Ocala, Atarion County, Florida
