Mortgagee shall have waived such option to aceelerate if, prior to the sale or transier, Mortgagee and the person to whom the property is to be ~old or tcansferced reaeh agreement in writing that the eredit .of sueh pecson is satisfaetory to Mortgagee and that the interest pe~yable on the sums secured by this Mortgage shall be at such rate as Mortgagee shall cequest.
