dinq. Mortgagor agrees that the premises shall at all times
be in aonplianae with all iules, regulations vr statutes af-
fecting the p~remises or, alternatively, valid varianees o~
govern~aentally granted exceptions t~o such Yules, regulations
or statutes shall be in effect. ~
5. In the event af the irrvalidity uxler applicable law of any
of the provisions herein, ar in the Pranissory I~bte ar other
docwnents executed in aonnection with the loan secured here-
by, all of said provisions shall be deeqnea stricken fYdm
that instrtmient which shall then remain . in full forc~e ana
effect as if such invalid pra~isions had never been a part
thereof .
6. In the event the Pranissory I~bte which this Mortgage secures
shall be mutilated, destroyed, lost ar st~olen, it shall be a
default hereunder if a rew Pramissory Note aontainirg the
