exoeption abo~ve; and pravid~d further, that Mortgagee may
require aa~tinued ~intenanoe of nnrt~gage insuranoe by the

If this lb~rtgage enc~uebers pr+o~erty that does rot aonstitute
a"home", then upo~ the voluntary ar frnr~luntary sale,
~onv~eyanoe ar other transfer of all or any portion af the
legal ac k~eneficial interest in ar aanership of the rmrtgag-
ed pronerty without Mortgagee's prior aonsent, the Note
secured hereby sfiall beoane inmediately due and payable.
14. During the term of the l~brtgage, Mortgagor will n~t mi~e,
explore ar develap the pr~operty for oil ar minerals ar give
third parties aonsent t~o mine, explore ar develop without
the prior written aonsent ~ Irbrtgagee.
15. If acjditional doc~uaentary stam~s, intangi.ble taxes ~ title
insurancre premiun~ ar re~rding d~arges are ever assessed ar
required to be paid on the obligatia~s secured hereby on
this Pbrtgaqe or to further clear title to the nnrtgaged
praperty, sa~ae will be paid by Martgagor rn demand. In the
; event of failure of ~lartgagor to make such payment,
