THI$ INpENTURS, iaade this ~ day of December , 1983,
by and between HOSPITAL CORPORATION OF AMSRICA, a Ten~easee
corporation authori~ed to do bueineea under the lawa of the State of
Florida, hereinafter called "Grantor," and MI~RK P. ETTINGSR, whoee
mailing address is 618 East Ocean Boulevard, Stuart, Florida 33494,
who regardleas of ntuaber of gender, is herei~after called the ~
singular, masculine "Grantee." ~
W I T N E S S E T Hs
WHEREAS, the Grantor is the owner of the Condominium more
fully described hereinafter; and
WHEREAS, Grantee has purchased from the Grantor the
Condominium unit hereinafter described, together w~th its
appurtenances described in the Declaration, subject to the terms
and conditions thereof~ and the Gr~ntor desires ta convey such
Condominium unit and its appurt~nances to the Grantee;
NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of the siun of Ten Dollars
(~$10.00) and other valuable consideration, the Grantor has and does
hereby grant, sell, transfer, convey assign, set over, and deliver to
the Grantee, his personal representatives, heirs and assigns the
follawing described.property lying and being in St. Lucie County,
F?orida, to wits
That certain parcel consisting of Unit No. 10, Building
No. 1, of.the Po~t St. Lucie Medical Plaza and being
further described in that certain Declaration of
Condominium filed September 22, 1983, in Officiai
Records Book 411, Pages 2848 through 2925, inclusive,
the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
TOGETHER with the•exhibits attached thereto and made
a part thereof and together with an undivided share
in the common elements appurtenant thereto. ~
This indenture is subject to:
1. Taxes for the current and subsequent years.
2. Applicable zoning ordinances of appropriate governmental
authority.
3. All of the terms, conditions, provisions, convenants,
easements, assessments, liens, and agreements set forth
in the Declaration of Condominium and its attachments,
~ schedulea, and exhibits thereto of the Port St. Lucie
Medical Plaza. -
4. Easements and restrictione of record.
The Grantee, by acceptance of this Deed, has and does hereby agree,
accept and acknawledge that this conveyance is subject in every
respect to the Deelar~tion including all its attachraents, achedules
and exhibits, among which are the Maintenance and Management
Agreement, Articles of Incorporation, By-Lawa, survey with`easements,
and has and does hereby ratify, confirm, adopt and approve each and
every of the aforementioned. • ~
• The Grantor does hereby fully warrant title to the interest being .
