WARRANTY DEED
THIS INDSNTURE, made this 19th day of December , 1983,
by and between HOSPITAL CORPORATION OF AMERICA, a Tenneseee
corporation authorized to clo business under the laws of the State of
Florida, hereinafter called "Grantor," an~ ALFREDO GONZALES and '~1'
ZENAIDA GONZALES, his wife, whose mafling address ie 1124 Sandia ~
Drive, Port St. Lucie, Florid~ 33452, who regardlees of number of
gender, is hereinafter called the singular, masculine "Grantee."
W I T N E S S E T Ht
WHEREAS, the Grantor is the owner of the Condominium more
fully described hereinafter; and ~
WHEREAS, Grantee has purchased from the Grantor the
. Condominiwa unit hAreinafter described, together with its
appurtenances described in the Declaration, subject to the terms
and conditions thereof, and the Grantor desires to convey such
Condominium unit and its appurtenances to the Grantee; -
NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of the sum of Ten Dollars - .
($10.00) and other valuable consideration, the Grantor has and does
hereby grant, sell, transfer, convey assign, set-over, and-deliver to
the Grantee, his personal representatives, heirs and assigns the
: follawing described property lying and being in St. Lucie County,
Florida, to wit:
That certain parcel consisting of Unit No. 3, Building
No. l, of the Port St. Lucie Medical Plaza and being
further described in that certain Declaration of
Condominium filed September 22, 1983, in Official
Records Book 411, Pages 2848 through 2925, inclusive,
of the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
TOGETHER with the exhibits attached thereto and made
a part thereof and tagether with an undivided share
in the common elements appurtenant thereto.
This indenture is subject toz
1. Taxes for the current and subsequent years.
2. Applicable zoning ordinances of appropriate governmental
authority.
3. All of the terms, conditions, provisions, convenants,
easements, assessments, liens, and agreements set forth
~ in the Declaration of Condominiwa and its attachments,
schedules, and exhibits thereto of the Port St. Lucie
Medical Plaza.

~ The Grantee, by acceptance of this Deed, has and does hereby agree,
accept and acknowledge that this conveyance is subject in every

` respect to the Declaration including all its attachments, schedules -
and exhibits, among which are the Maintenance and Management
~ Agreement, Articles of Incorporation, By-Laws, survey with easements,
and has and does hereby ratify, confirm, adopt and approve each and
. every of the aforeiaentioned.
The Grantor does hereby.fully warrant title to the interest being
transferred, subject to the provisions of this indenture, and will
€ defend the same againat the lawful claims of all persons whomsoever.
~ To have and to hold the same forever unto the Grantee, his heira,
~ personal representatives, and assigns.
