THIS INDENTURE, made this 19th day of December , 1983,
by and between tiOSPITAL CORPORATION OF AMERICA, a Tennessee
corporation authorized to do business under the laws of the State of ~
Florida, hereinafter called "Grantor," and ATILANO F. LUYAO and
ASUNCION M. LUYAO, his wife, whose mailing address ie ?02 Hidden
River Drive, Port 5t. Lucie, Florida 33452, who regardless of number
~f gender, is hereinafter called the aingular, masculine "Grantee."
W I T N E S S E T H:
WHEREAS, the Grantor is the owner of the Condominium more
fully described hereinafter; and
WHEREAS, Grantee has purchased from the Grantor the
Condominium unit hereinafter described, together-with its
appurtenancea described in the Declaration, subject to the terms
and conditions thereof, and the Grantor desires to convey such ~
Condominium unit and its appurtenances to the Grantee;
NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of the sum of Ten Dol-lars
($10.00) and other valuable coneideration, the Grantor has and doea
hereby grant, sell, transfer, convey assign, aet over, and deliver to
the Grantee, his personal representatives, heirs and assigns the
follawing described property lying and being in St. Lucie County,
Florida, to wit:
That certain parcel consisting of Unit No. 11, Building
No. 1, of the Port St. Lucie Medieal Plaza and being
further described in that certain Declaratian of
Condominium filed September 22, 1983, in Official
Records Book 411, Pages 2848 through 2925, inclusive,
of the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
TOGETHER with the exhibits attached thereto and made
a part thereof and together with an-undivided share
in the common elements appurtenant thereto.

F 1. Taxes for the current and subsequent y~ars.

~ 2. Applicable zoning ordinances of appropriate governmental
~ authority.

~ 3. All of the terms, conditions, provisions, convenants,
' easemerits, assessments, liens, and agreements set forth
in the Declaration of Condominium and its attachments,
schedules, and exhibits thereto of the Port St. Lucie
Medical Plaza.
~ 4. Easements and restrictions of record.

~ The Grantee, by acceptance of this Deed, has and does hereby agree,
accept and acknawledge that this conveyance is subject in every
~ respect to the Declaration including all its attachments, schedules
~ and exhibits, among which are -the Maintenance and Management
Agreement, Articles of Incorporation, By-Laws, survey with easements,
p and has and does hereby ratify, confirm, adopt and approve each and
every of the aforementioned.
. The Grantor does hereby fully warrant title to the interest being
` transferred, subject to the provisions of this indenture, and will
defend the same against the lawful claims of all peraons whomsoever.
To have and to hold the same forever unto the Grantee, his heirs,
