PROMISSORY NOTE
s 87,700,OQ • Fort Pierce, Florida
December 19, 1983
For value received, I, we or either of us, promise to pay, without defalca-
tion, to the order~ of FLORIDA NATIONAL BANK, 501 Orarrge Avenue, Fort Pierce,
Florida. the sum of s 87 700.00 , with interest from date at the rate
af 12.50 x per annum n 35 monthly installments as follows:

Each installment first shall be applied in payment of the interest and then-
on the unpaid balance of the principal sum. If default is made in the pay=
ment of any installment when due, and such default continues _3.0~.. days,
then at the option of the holder, and without any other notice-, a~l the
remaining installments shall be due and payable at once. Privilege is
given to prepay this Not~e in whole or in part at any time without penalty.
Neither forebearance, nor~acceptance by the holder thereof after any de-
fault in payments hereon shall be deemed an extension. A late payment
charge of shall be_ added to each installment remaining unpaid 7
days after ~ts due date, and a like sum shall be added to each such in-
stallment remaining unpaid _L days after each succeeding payment date.
Each maker, surety and endorser hereof, jointly and severally, waives
demand, presentment, protest and Notice of protest for nonpayment, and
further agrees ta any extension of time of payment-, either before or
after maturity, without notice to any of us; and ~o pay all costs of
collection, including a rea-sonabie a~torney's fee for any and a71 pro-
ceedings, appellate or otherwise, in the event of any default hereunder,
and hereby severally waives aii benefit"of homestead and exemption under
~ the constitution and laws of each State of the United States, as against
this obligation or any extension.or renewal hereof.
